About You:

• minimum 3 years proven loan underwriting experience within commercial property and or bridging loans
• solid understanding of credit, lending and regulatory processes
• able to manage the lending process from enquiry to drawdown, including professional relationships
• eagerness to embrace technology and its ability to drive efficiency within a traditionally cumbersome process
• sleeves rolled up approach to getting sh*t done
