Cover Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking to recruit individuals who are enthusiastic and dedicated to become part of the GSL Education Watford branch as Cover Supervisors. This position is set to start from September in High Wycombe. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom and take charge of lessons when teachers are absent. You will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students across various subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities Of As a Cover Supervisor
 

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, cultivating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Offer guidance and support to students, aiding them in completing tasks to a high standard.
• Address general inquiries and deliver constructive feedback after cover lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and provide support to students with varying needs.
• Contribute to student well-being and foster a nurturing ethos within the school community.
   

Qualifications and Experience as a Cover Supervisor::
 

• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
• Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
