Cover Supervisor

Description:

Meadow Park School is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their support team. You will supervise students during teacher absences, ensuring that pre-set work is completed, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students’ learning. This role will involve engaging with students to help them work cooperatively and ensuring an effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during lessons in the absence of the teacher.
• Ensure students are actively engaged in the work/activities set by teachers.
• Foster a cooperative and interactive environment among students.
• Encourage positive behavior and ensure classroom discipline.
• Support the wider teaching team and contribute to the development of students.
