Description:
The National Oceanography Centre (NOC) is seeking a Corporate & Social Responsibility Advisor to drive and coordinate its CSR Strategy across the organisation. The role focuses on championing five strategic pillars and leading the Environment Pillar, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement in corporate and social responsibility.
✅ Lead and coordinate the CSR Strategy, working across departments to drive corporate social responsibility initiatives.
✅ Oversee the Environment Pillar, ensuring sustainability and best practices through the Environment Advisory Group.
✅ Engage with internal and external stakeholders, supporting NOC’s mission in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
✅ Develop and deliver CSR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
✅ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CSR trends, environmental policies, and regulatory frameworks.
✔ Proven experience in CSR project management within a similar environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of corporate and social responsibility best practices.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic organisation with multiple priorities.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
