Description:
Provide general administrative, clerical, operational or systems support to Corporate Services work areas. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
Role Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a legal support or corporate services support role
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an Admin Support role
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage and prioritise own and other workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to liaise with Members and Senior Officers, Senior Members of other organisations and the general public
- Ability to manage service delivery contracts and liaise with key suppliers Ability to act with tact, diplomacy and discretion on both sensitive and confidential matters
- Excellent IT skills on the full range of MS, social media and other business packages
- Ability to manage a budget, adhere to financial procurement guidance and reporting requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Full driving license
- Welsh Language Level 0
