This elite global law firm client is looking to hire an M&A Lawyer to support its busy and award-winning corporate practice based in London. The role will cover a broad range of corporate matters, including high-end cross-border M&A transactions, strategic joint ventures, large-scale re-organisations, and general corporate advisory work across a range of sectors.

The firm has a premium client base, offering its Lawyers the best quality of work and a first-rate training programme. The new hire will be working closely with market-leading Partners on some of the most complex transactions in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' PQE of cross-border M&A experience gained at a rival City firm or major international outfit. Outstanding academics and a stable career record are required.
