Corporate Lawyer

Description:

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of work, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and VC investments, fundraisings, and equity capital markets transactions, including flotations and secondary offerings on the official list and AIM. You will work across a variety of sectors including real estate, TMT, leisure, and hotel sectors, and with a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, funds, Nomads, and brokers.

You will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE from a well-regarded corporate practice, with experience in advising on general M&A transactions and capital markets work, including IPOs, fundraisings, and regulatory advice.
