Description:
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA would be advantageous
· 1 - 3 years’ experience in corporate development, M&A, strategy consulting, or related domains
· Ideal candidate would have experience working in Investment Banking role or in Transaction Advisory role at Big-4
· Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
· Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and strategic planning
· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Commitment to accuracy, quality, and detail-oriented work
· Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
· Successful candidate will need to relocate and work onsite in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis & Planning:
· Research, identify, and analyze potential partnership or acquisition targets aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
· Evaluate strategic fit based on the organization's expansion plans and industry trends.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of cryptocurrency and blockchain domain for identifying emerging opportunities.
M&A Activities:
· Lead due diligence processes for potential mergers and acquisitions.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors throughout M&A processes.
· Contribute to post-acquisition integration planning and execution.
Partnership Development:
· Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners, industry stakeholders, and investors.
· Facilitate partnership discussions and negotiations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Investor Relations:
· Oversee investor relations activities and communications for the company as a publicly listed company.
· Act as the primary liaison with the investment community, including institutional investors and financial analysts.
· Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and investor conferences
· Develop and distribute materials such as earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports, tailored to the needs of a public company
· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders
Internal Collaboration:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and risk management, to assess the viability of corporate initiatives
· Present comprehensive recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis and insights
