To enhance our success internationally we are looking for a Coordinator / Business Developer Regional and Urban planning who can bring added value by strategic market intelligence, network (capabilities) and has the commercial skills to select the right opportunities. Someone who brings winning teams together (internally and externally) and steer proposals and project teams to successes.

What You Will Be Doing

Coordinating international business opportunities: 50% of your time

In a core ‘coordinator team’ of 3 colleagues you are responsible for:
 

• Initiating, coordinating and executing marketing and sales activities, based on the strategy of the Global Leading Market Sustainable Mobility.
• Liaising with international clients, select tenders for and/or advice on bid/no bid processes, lead and facilitate the proposal teams, propose strategic alliances.
• Monitor, evaluate and adapt the progress on the execution on our strategy.
   

Work on (international) projects: 50% of your time
 

• In the role of Project Manager or Consultant working on (preferably international) projects for our clients.
  
   

What you will bring
 

• At least 15 years of relevant international project management / consultancy experience in the domain of Urban and/or Regional Master Planning.
• A Master Degree in Spatial Planning or Urban Development
• Proven international commercial and business development experience in the Middle East.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email (English fluent, other languages such as Dutch, Arabic are recommended).
• Located either in the Netherlands or in the UK.
