- Dealing with inbound enquiries from Clients / Introducers via telephone and email

- Making outbound calls to Clients / Introducers

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

- Inputting data into customer accounts with accuracy and strong attention to detail

- Working part of a fast-paced team

- Superb organisation skills

- Work to targets

-Previous experience of the conveyancing process preferred
