Description:

We are on the hunt for an Seasoned and Successful Recruiter specialising in contract recruitment for our growing London Technology Team!

You'll be building out our warm contract desk with roles you can work from Day 1!

Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia.

We work and have very well established relationships with the globes leading FinTechs I.E. Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Bring on new clients to the business to help build out your desk
• Qualify candidates via phone or in-person
• Organise interviews and provide candidates feedback on information/updates given from the client
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas/statistics related to calls, messages, and emails

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Background in Technology Recruitment required- agency or internal
• Effective communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion
