Project Director
- Must have circa. 15-20 years extensive experience in construction of stadium or other complex project(s) e.g. sport city, airport terminal building etc.
- Candidate who participated the construction project of Qatar Lusail Stadium would be highly preferred.
- Candidate shall be able to coordinated, monitored, executed and in charge for any stadium project(s).
- Attend regular site meeting and liaise with client's representative and sub-contractors.
- Monitor overall technical matters for the stadium project.
- Provide technical solution & support, execution of health & safety plan, rules and regulations per local ordinance, quality control and perform site supervision.
- Familiar with FIDIC EPC contracts would definately be advantaged.
- High ability of problem solving and multi-tasking.
Commercial / Contract Manager
- Assist Project Director, Contract Management in effective and efficient financial and contractual management of capital/non-capital works projects to ensure that they remain within budget and in full compliance with corporate financial and cost control procedures.
- Oversee cost and contract administration of consultants, suppliers, agents and subcontractors.
- Review and advise on claim issues, and implement preventive measures for minimizing future contractual claims and disputes by consultants, suppliers, agents and subcontractors etc..
- Able to response contractual letters issued by the client or other external parties in accordance with contract document.
- Preparation of time and cost claim applications / submissions against client.
- Liaise with project teams for contractual matters.
