Continuity Analyst

Description:

As an ICT Performance & Continuity Analyst, you will be a vital part of a very busy and evolving ICT Performance & Continuity Team, from assisting in production of performance reporting to support ICT and achieve Key Performance Indicators, and of ICT metric data, with the use of Microsoft products, interactive data visualisation software, and ICT’s Service Management Tool, to produce meaningful reporting; to assisting in preparation and maintenance of ICT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery regime including routine tests of DR capabilities. You will also be maintaining Service Catalogue to ensure accurate information on all operational services available to users, and to support delivery of ICT Services.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
 

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Inc. Maths & English)
• Strong analytical and engagement skills
• Experience of research or in roles involving the coordination of a variety of tasks to fixed timescales producing relevant management information and written reports as necessary
• Must be capable of good communication at all levels
• Good ability with Office tools included but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work as part of a team
