About the role and you:

• You will be responsible for the communication of their software releases and product features to their customers.
• You will collaborate with software developers, product owners and SME's to gain and understanding of their product and translate it into user friendly content.
• effectively manage your time and prioritise your workload to meet documentation and release deadlines and own the delivery of the content to customers.
