Description:
Our client is looking to hire a Content Producer / Marketing Specialist for 18 months (potentially extended for the right candidate).
Minimum Requirement:
- Produce high-quality content for social media channels and recruitment marketing.
- You will work closely with a team of Campaign Managers.
- Come up with exciting and innovative ways of supporting the objectives of their recruitment campaign on social media and the wider social media strategy.
- Create content and candidates must have a good level of photography, videography and editing skills, as well as design and animation skills.
- Work with and manage suppliers to develop high quality content to support campaigns and promote the brand.
- Manage social media and other recruitment marketing channels, including the Careers website.
Key Skills
- Creating multimedia experience – demonstrated on CV
- Extensive photography, video production and motion design experience.
- Significant practical Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office and Mac OSX expertise.
- Ability to provide hands-on delivery of using technical tools to edit day to day
- Strong copywriting, proofreading and script development skills.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and monitoring tools.
- Experience of planning and delivering digital communications in a large, complex organisation, including prioritising workload.
- Able to interpret, develop and collaborate on creative briefs.
