Selling additional products to customers.
The Contact Centre Sales Manager is Target driven, numerate, analytical and has a good understanding on IT process which would include, Outlook both for email along with scheduling & planning, Competent Excel skills, CRM system aware, and word.
Must look to raise the company profile and to maintain and grow the customer base and reduce business churn and ensure Customers and prospects are aware of service and capabilities.
Developing and managing 'real’ relationships with the key players of the potential customer base.
Reviewing and analysing contract performance with customers, recommending & initiating improvement plans where appropriate and SLA’s where required.
Explore & developing new opportunities with the current and potential customer base
Generation of prospects and portfolio reports to reduce churn and enhance return, with competent use of a pipeline and crm system.
Analysing and reviewing variance reports to ensure optimal performance in customer retention.
