What you’ll be doing:

• You will be what we call a 360 consultant, which means you’ll have complete ownership of the entire end to end recruitment process, which includes:

o Winning new business as well as developing existing accounts with Tech firms through targeted business development.

o Developing and nurturing relationships with candidates, becoming an industry expert and trusted business partner in your selected field.

o Driving forward our culture and celebrating successes along with way with your peers in a fast-paced sales environment.

What we are looking for:

• You’re either a Graduate or someone with 12 months experience with transferable skills.

• You’re ambitious with a desire to have complete control of your career progression.

• You’re a people person who wants to work in an environment that loves to celebrate success.

• You’re target driven and have a desire to work towards targets.
