Construction Senior Project Manager

Role Description:

• As a Senior Project Manager, you will take part in assisting other members of the team.
• Assist in the development and management of the team, demonstrating excellent role model behaviors
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• There is a view to this person pushing up to Associate in time
• There isn’t a strong focus on business development in this role right now but there will be will be more at senior levels.

Requirements:

• Must have 5 years minimum UK experience;
• Experience of commercial office projects
• Preferably a career path type person as you will be involved in running your own projects and getting own clients
• Demonstrable experience in acting as the Lead Project Manager i.e. being the accountable person for delivery of that commission
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
