leading Aerospace manufacturing organisation. The main goal of the role is to drive product changes through the Aircraft Change Process. You will take these product modifications through from concept to the point of embodiment on the aircraft. Other roles include:

• Working with a wide network of cross-functional and transnational stakeholders
• Being accountable for the on Time, Cost and Quality delivery
• Acting as a Product Change Leader
• Focusing mostly on "Flow" mods (i.e. mods of <300k€) that impact Wing production.

WE NEED THE CONFIGURATION AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LEAD TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING…

• Understanding product changes and configuration management
• Project Management and Project Delivery experience
• Candidates with a technical degree (BEng/BSc) and or experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality are desirable.
• An appreciation for material requirements planning would be desirable
