Compliance Officer

Description:

As our Compliance Officer you will be reporting to the Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance, you will be a crucial part in safeguarding our workplaces by developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and preparing reports as required. Your responsibilities will include undertaking internal audits, conducting compliance training, preparing documentation, updating policies in line with regulations and leading internal investigations when non-compliance issues arise.

You will facilitate compliance inspections and audits from both internal and external organisations, ensuring all required information is available and create action plans to ensure any recommendations are implemented as required. You will also support development of our energy and environmental strategies to support our journey towards Net Zero.
