Compliance And Recruitment Supervisor

 

Description:

Trust Care Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our recruitment team. This role requires exceptional expertise in supervising NHS bookings and sourcing agency nurses. The Compliance and Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of recruitment consultants, ensuring efficient staffing and compliance with NHS requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Supervising NHS Bookings:

  • Oversee the scheduling and placement of healthcare professionals within NHS facilities, ensuring accurate and efficient bookings.
  • Collaborate with NHS administrators to meet staffing needs and manage expectations effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NHS regulations and policies related to staffing.

 

Sourcing Agency Nurses:

  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and direct recruitment, to identify and attract highly skilled agency nurses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a reliable talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for available positions.

 

Team Leadership and Supervision:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, offering constructive feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Ensure recruitment consultants are compliant with internal policies and NHS regulations.

 

Client Relations:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their specific staffing needs and tailoring recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and make any necessary adjustments to service.

 

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all recruitment processes and candidate placements comply with NHS guidelines and internal company policies.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all placements, ensuring that all necessary checks and certifications are up to date.

 

Compliance Audit Preparations:

  • Assist in the preparation for compliance audits for NHS and private clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organise the required information for audits.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of compliance requirements for both NHS and private clients and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with these standards.

 

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse recruitment data, track key performance indicators, and generate reports to assess team and individual performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise the recruitment process.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supervising NHS bookings and sourcing agency nurses is essential.
  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of NHS regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.

 

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant industry certifications and continuous professional development are highly valued.
