Complex Needs Case Worker

Are you passionate about making a positive impact for people with complex needs and recent offending behaviours? At Changes, we’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and make a real difference to the lives of those we support.

As a Complex Needs Case Worker, you’ll have to support people to reduce offending behaviour, increase independence and encourage personal responsibility, including carrying out therapeutic group sessions.

If You Have

Experience of using assessment tools and developing support plans

Understanding of mental health issues, services and legislation

Good interpersonal skills including listening and display empathy

Access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
