In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring new Advisers achieve fully competent (FC) status within required time limits.
- Carrying out checks where required, depending on level of competency.
- L&D support for assessments/roleplays etc.
- Delivering workshops to support the Adviser journey.
- Identifying areas of concern or development needs of Advisers and address promptly, putting development plans in place where necessary.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered to ensure a high quality customer journey.
- Leading side by side and/or remote coaching and provide feedback.
- Working closely with Approved Persons to ensure training priorities are met within timelines.
- Promptly raising any concerns or areas of risk associated with Advisers and AR Firms.
About You

- Experience in Later Life and Equity Release supervision
- Ability to communicate at all levels with professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent coaching, listening and development skills.
- Observation and analytical skills to identify and issues or areas of risk.
- Out of the box thinking to enable process improvement at all times.
- Sound problem-solving skills, with ability to plan effective contingencies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders to influence change and form strong working relationships.
- Strong organisation skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- CEMAP or equivalent financial service qualification is essential. CeRER qualification is desirable.
