Key Responsibilities

  • Community Building & Engagement:
  • Build and grow a vibrant community on Discord, X (formerly Twitter), Telegram, and other relevant channels.
  • Engage with community members by answering questions, facilitating discussions, and encouraging participation.
  • Develop strategies to increase community engagement, including creating and managing polls, discussions, and events.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive community environment, moderating and resolving conflicts if necessary.
  • Content Creation & Communication:
  • Create engaging content such as posts, newsletters, and announcements to inform and excite the community about platform developments, new features, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar for community communication, aligning it with product updates, marketing campaigns, and upcoming events.
  • Organize AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions, community meetings, and webinars to foster engagement and build trust within the community.
  • Community Feedback & Reporting:
  • Act as the bridge between the community and the internal teams, providing feedback and insights from the community to help shape product features, tokenomics, and user experience.
  • Regularly report on community sentiment, engagement levels, and common themes or concerns to inform internal decision-making.
  • Track and analyze community metrics to ensure the success of engagement strategies.
  • Event Planning & Collaborations:
  • Organize and host virtual events such as community meetups, AMAs, and collaborative events with influencers or other communities in the blockchain and investment space.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other communities to expand our platform’s reach and awareness.
  • Growth & Onboarding:
  • Create onboarding materials and tutorials to help new users easily understand how the platform works and start investing.
  • Drive user adoption by helping new members understand the benefits of joining the community and investing through the platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the community through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in community management, ideally in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech space.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: A deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenized assets. Experience in managing crypto-related communities is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create engaging, clear, and compelling content.
  • Community Platform Proficiency: Experience managing communities on platforms such as Discord, X, Telegram, and Reddit. Familiarity with community-building tools and analytics is a plus.
  • Event & Campaign Management: Proven experience in organizing and running community events such as AMAs, virtual meetups, and collaborations with influencers.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on understanding the needs of the community, solving problems, and ensuring community members feel supported.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to track, analyze, and report on community metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle conflicts, answer difficult questions, and provide solutions that keep the community engaged and positive.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to align community goals with business objectives.
  • Passion for Crypto and Blockchain: Enthusiasm for educating others about blockchain technology and decentralized finance.

Preferred Skills

  • Crypto Enthusiast: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, and real-world asset tokenization.
  • Influencer Relationships: Experience working with influencers in the crypto or investment space to boost community awareness and engagement.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Experience working with marketing teams to align community growth with broader marketing strategies.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in additional languages is a plus, as our community spans multiple countries and cultures.
