Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee, manage and grow Rosalind’s social media platforms, develop robust communications and brand strategy, foster client relationships, and oversee short-term projects. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, hardworking, courageous, creative, and deeply passionate about Rosalind’s mission and in excelling in the role.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a strategy which would maximise Rosalind’s presence across her digital channels.
- Create and distribute engaging content across various social media platforms and accelerate the reach of all Rosalind’s content on each platform to grow audiences.
- Develop and manage Rosalind’s social media identity.
- Increase social media engagement across platforms, including responding to comments, sharing content, liking, responding to other relevant thought leaders.
- Manage Rosalind’s YouTube platform.
- Create and manage a social media content calendar.
- Analyse social media performance metrics to optimise strategy and report on social media performance monthly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to be agreed with Rosalind and evaluate impact of the strategy in achieving targets and objectives.
- Stay up to date on social media platform features and ensure Rosalind’s platforms reflect the latest trends and updates.
2. Brand & Communications
- Ability to represent Rosalind in all outward facing communications.
- Liaise and provide with PR agency on PR strategy.
- Create any required press material and respond to incoming press requests efficiently.
- Work with the Website Manager to ensure that Rosalind’s branding and communications on the website are up to date.
- Ensure all content (including articles, images, videos) aligns with brand voice, values, and messaging.
- Ensure Rosalind’s brand is managed and promoted reputably and positively.
- Identify and enter relevant awards for Rosalind.
3. Project Management of Sustainability Masterclasses and Speaking Engagements
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparation of presentations for Masterclasses and Speaking Engagements,
- Accompany Rosalind to all her speaking and training events, whether virtual or in person.
- Collaborate with Rosalind’s team to research and develop her written content.
Requirements and skills
- A first degree in a subject area related to Sustainability/ESG or communications (Masters’ degree is a plus)
- Proven work experience in a communications role.
- Knowledge and proven experience of successfully developing and implementing a social media strategy social media management.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Copywriting.
- Great organisational skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Independent worker with collaborative mindset .
