Commisioning Engineer

My client, an established contractor on multiple UK water authorities' frameworks across the the South is seeking to bolster their delivery team with a Commissioning Engineer based in Essex, you will manage and commission the electrical, instrumentation, control and automation elements of multi-million pound water industry projects .

The successful applicant will ideally be degree or HNC/HND qualified in electrical and/ or instrument and control systems engineering and will have the necessary experience to be able to carry out the requirements of the role. Initiative, energy, enthusiasm, and keenness to learn are key qualities which are essential to the role.

Responsibility Summary
 

• Commission Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation equipment.
• Management of subcontractors
• Site supervision of onsite activities
• Management of Commissioning activities
