We seek a commercial manager to join our esteemed team at our boutique in Mayfair. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for craft and luxury and extensive experience in high-level commercial management. This senior role presents a unique opportunity to shape E.B. Meyrowitz's future growth by leading strategic business initiatives, optimising operational processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of our commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth while keeping true to our core brand values.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
- Manage and optimise the boutique’s operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Plan and coordinate trunk shows, held two to four times a year, and be a key contributor to all aspects of these events, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they align with brand standards and drive customer engagement and sales.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead and mentor the retail team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with the craftsmen to achieve optimal workshop operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Work alongside our accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and management.
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a commercial manager or in a similar luxury goods or fashion industry role.
- Strong understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
