The firm’s dispute resolution team handles a full range of litigation matters, often large-scale, complex disputes. Typically these include; contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches and financial mis-selling, fraud and asset tracing, shareholder claims and derivative actions, and increasingly contentious probate matters

The team regularly handles a range of value disputes with matters being issued in Supreme Court, as well as the County Courts.

The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firm’s clients who range from high net worth individuals to PLC and international clients. The caseload is of very high quality, dealing with large, complex and cross-border contentious matters.

The Candidate

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years post-qualification experience or equivalent
• Experience and interest in arbitration
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
