Commercial Claims Operations Lead

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership within the Aviva Commercial Motor team. The role provides leadership to team leaders and their teams. These teams are responsible for commercial motor claims handling, relationship building with our broker partners and clients through to settlement. Duties will include:

• Taking the initial notification of a claim from either our broker or client (this varies per area)
• Guide the customer proactively through their claim by means of owning their caseload, and incoming work
• Investigating technical cover issues where indemnity is not granted
• Control of hire duration for customer courtesy car
• Live chat with Aviva broker partners
