Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Description:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a key player in the firm's Cloud Engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be creating secure and highly available infrastructure for the firm's cloud-based products on AWS.

The team values automation and the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to deploy quickly and effectively across multiple environments. You'll be contributing to these goals using a range of technologies, including Terraform and Docker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harness the Power of Automation: Use infrastructure as code and automation to provide cloud services across multiple environments, from testing to production.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product owners, developers, and testers to develop and implement new services and features.
• Champion System Reliability: Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of systems and services.
• Optimize Monitoring: Implement effective logging, monitoring, and alerting to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Automate and Improve: Drive automation of workflows and reduce technical debt.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise with the cloud engineering team through organized discussions and clear documentation.
