Description:

Abbott is recruiting for a Clinical Specialist to join their UK team, focusing on the South West territory. In this role, you will provide expert clinical consultation, teaching, and support for the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) technology portfolio, ensuring its proper application in clinical settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CRM product lines and assisting in market penetration by offering expert technical support.
  • Analyzing the technical characteristics of competitors’ devices and products.
  • Providing technical assistance to the sales force, physicians, and allied professionals for CRM case support throughout the assigned territory.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest Abbott therapies and CRM technologies.
  • Assisting in promoting the CRM portfolio and improving customer relationships through expert support.

What You'll Need:

  • A science-related degree with significant experience in medical devices, specifically pacing.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols.
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
