Key Responsibilities:
As Clinical Receptionist you will be looking after new and existing clients, team members, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the clinic on a daily basis.
You will use your client service expertise to offer guidance to existing clients and to new enquiries through an in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and systems.
We wouldn't be anywhere without our clients and team, so it’s important this is reflected in every interaction whilst utilising all digital tools at your disposal.

Required minimum Qualifications:
Fluent English, Excellent verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
IT Competent
Minimum English and Math GCSE grade 7 / A or above
