We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and manage care services for children with complex health needs. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee clinical service delivery, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead, support, and develop a team of clinical and care staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.
🔹 Oversee the development and review of personalised care plans, ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of children and young people.
🔹 Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, particularly for Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI) services.
🔹 Build strong relationships with children, families, local authorities, and healthcare providers.
🔹 Champion best practices, lead audits, and maintain quality assurance across care services.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Registered Nurse (Child/Paediatric) or equivalent healthcare qualification.
✅ Leadership experience in managing care services for children with complex needs.
✅ Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in managing compliance.
✅ Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills with a passion for improving care quality.
✅ A full, clean driving licence is required as you may need to travel between service locations.
