Description:
The postholder will provide ongoing input into the development and maintaining of Designability’s clinical governance processes to ensure the provision of an exemplary standard of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with families via written correspondence, email, over the telephone and in person.
- Acting as the first point of contact for WBLS families for all clinical queries throughout the loan period.
- Follow governance procedures, ensuring that the CRM system is kept up to date with all relevant information and data.
- Scheduling of clinical appointments, including one and six-month reviews, ad hoc reviews and end of loan extensions.
- Proactively seek process improvements to maximise administrative efficiencies for the loan scheme
- Attending clinical focused exhibitions and events throughout the year.
- Other administration duties as required, such as assisting with marketing campaigns.

- You will have:
- Extensive administration experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a good standard of competency in English and maths
- Excellent IT skills, with intermediate MS Office
- Accurate typing to a good speed
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to show initiative in problem solving when dealing with novel or conflicting demands
- Effective time management skills
- Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
- Experience using a CRM system
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to spot key trends and recommend process changes
- Focus with a high level of attention to detail
- A creative, proactive and resourceful approach to get work done quickly and to a high standard
- Experience in prioritising work schedules and working to tight deadlines
