Client Support Coordinator

 

Description:

The role is for someone to work in a multi-tasking environment to ensure that together the team meets the service and quality standards agreed with H M Treasury and other clients. They are required to complete the tasks in accordance to the team’s processes and procedures, and within the Service Level Agreements agreed with HM Treasury. Effective communication and liaison between Computershare departments and the client, and their agents, is essential.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake QA of all completed payments.
  • Sign off Payment Co-Ordinators work.
  • Sign off money movements, FX requests and DRIP Instructions up to specific values depending on signing authority.
  • Ensure team processes and documents are kept up to date.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with team members, other CPU business units and Global teams.
  • Support the Dividend Operations Manager by providing stats detailing the number of errors made and providing feedback on ways to improve the process.
     

What will you bring to the role?
 

  • GCSE level (Preferred) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Ms Excel (Basic)
  • Job level experience
  • Teamwork experience with an ability to also work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
