Your Team
You will be one of our key administrators providing essential support to the firm and clients. You will work alongside a team of Client Support Analysts. Your line manager will be the Client Support Team Leader.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Represent HCI to all clients either face to face or on the telephone
• Greeting clients and visitors, making drinks
• Answering all income telephone calls and responding in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining the front office reception areas and meeting rooms
• Sorting and distributing incoming post and processing and recording outgoing post
• Responsible for maintaining and replenishing stationery stocks
• Maintaining accurate records using our back-office system
• Send Annual Review offer letters for fee paying clients in line with service agreement
• Undertake document and data management tasks such as scanning to ensure all data is recorded
• Undertake any ad hoc communications/project work as requested by other Team Leaders or management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
