Description:
Fifty, a pioneering technology company specialising in audience intelligence and media buying, is offering an exciting paternity cover opportunity for a Client Success Manager. This role is set to run for 3.5 months, from mid-June to September, and involves leading and supporting key client accounts across the Gaming, B2B, and Retail sectors.
As part of Fifty’s Client Success Team, you’ll play a key role in managing senior client relationships, developing strategic media plans, and ensuring that all client communications, deliverables, and projects meet the highest standards. This is a full-time position, with working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop senior-level relationships with key clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Take full ownership of the quality and accuracy of all client communications, presentations, and deliverables.
- Create and deliver multi-channel digital media plans, spanning social, search, display, and video platforms.
- Develop tailored account plans focused on insights, strategy, and audience understanding to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee and manage revenue and gross profit forecasts for your client accounts.
- Support the sales team by contributing to pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare and present client-facing reports and Post Campaign Analyses (PCAs) with detailed findings and recommendations for future campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in media advertising, preferably working with blue-chip clients and handling large budgets over £1 million annually.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, including communications planning and digital media solutions, particularly in Gaming, B2B, and Retail.
- Experience collaborating with research, insights, and strategy teams to shape impactful media plans.
- Strong client-facing skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships at a senior level.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and grow client accounts.
Preferred Extras:
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Data Studio, Keynote, and Excel (or similar platforms).
- Experience working in scale-ups or independent media agencies.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, temporary paternity cover (3.5 months)
- 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
