Client Solutions Manager

The Client Solutions Manager is a new role created in the Product & Solutions Delivery team to support the sales, scoping and high level design activities for client solutions in relation to the delivery of legal services using our portfolio of technology products and solutions.

Working directly with our legal teams and clients, it is a full-time professional with knowledge and experience in legal solution design, project management and client sales support.

The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for:

• developing, maintaining and promoting a library of pre-written content regarding ADT, innovation, technology, products, solutions and capabilities in collaboration with the Business Development teams
• work with Relationship teams, Business Development teams and Group/Regional ADT’s to:-
• respond to technology related questions for bids, tenders and RFPs for legal support that will include our technology products, solutions and capabilities
• demonstrating products, solutions and capabilities to clients
• supporting initial sales discussions
• engaging the wider Product & Solutions Delivery team and development teams to define, design and deploy the resultant client specific solution
