Client Services Manager

 

Description:

The purpose of the role is to drive the Structured Finance Client Services proposition in developing and enhancing existing client relationships and to support the business’ growth plans. The job holder will be responsible for managing client relationships, with a focus on developing effective client relationships with key clients to ensure that service standards are delivered seamlessly, and that client queries are handled in a professional and effective manner.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver superior client service across the portfolio of allocated Structured Finance clients.
  • Manage structured finance transactions and ensure that client feedback is captured, and queries are responded to in a timely manner whilst establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to bolster the structured finance offering.
  • Working in close conjunction with Business Development and Analytics teams to seek out new business opportunities.
  • Carry out regular reporting whilst identifying any process/technology improvements for clients which will benefit the overall client experience.
  • Being the face of the client, you will drive the Client Service Agenda autonomously and actively promote the Structured Finance product.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following:

  • Proven background in a Corporate Trust business within Structured Finance/Securitisation
  • Strong networking and presentation skills required to build and enhance client relationships with proven ability to communicate with several teams both locally and globally
  • Ability to multi-task and manage frequently changing priorities.
  • Possess strong business and commercial acumen, with some understanding of legal documentation governing roles/products
  • Attention to accuracy and strong verbal and written communication skills are key – you must be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally with senior managers, team members and clients
