Client Services Executive

Description:

Due to significant growth and scaling of our operation, an exciting role has arisen for a Client Services Executive to join our team in Spinningfields, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and committed individual to join an ambitious Venture Capital business, to support our growing Client Services function.

The purpose of the role is to provide support for Praetura Investment’s clients, financial advisers, and internal teams, ensuring that our excellent service is maintained as our client base continues to expand.

Key duties include:

· Deliver an efficient and professional service for all customers and financial advisers.

· Management and administration of all client processes, for the lifecycle of all investments, from onboarding to withdrawal.

· Input and maintain accurate records on our back-office system, as well as maintaining our online investor portal.

· Answer incoming calls, taking the initiative to deal with enquiries raised by our clients and their financial advisors.

· Provide daily administration support both internally and externally, building relationships and maintaining regular contact with stakeholders.

· Ensure all processes and tasks are completed to a high standard, and in-line with internal Service Level Agreements.

Other skills and attributes we are looking for are

·      Relevant experience in a customer service or client executive role is essential.

·      Experience in a similar environment (investments/ financial services) is preferred.

·      Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes, in particular Microsoft Excel.

·      Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines, whilst remaining flexible.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Takes pride in delivering high quality work.

·      Ability to work independently, as well as collaborating with the team.
