Client Services Executive

An expanding digital agency is on the lookout for a Client Support Executive to join the team, the agency work with a variety of clients across multiple sectors creating high quality, technical web builds and digital products for their clients.

The role will involve being the first point of contact for client queries, changes and edits. You will advise the clients strategically, advising them on timescales and technical feasibility as well as best practice. You will then manage the changes and edits working closely with the design and technical teams, creating relevant documentation, translating technical requirements and overseeing efficient process.

The role involves both elements of account management, keeping clients up to date with project progress and advising them strategically, as well as elements of project management, overseeing changes, edits and project progress. The role would suit a junior PM looking to gain some experience working on technical projects, or an Account Executive looking to develop their PM skills.

Candidates should come from an agency background with around 1 years experience as an AM or PM. Due to the technical nature of the agency and the need to translate technical requirements an understanding of WordPress and/or Drupal would be beneficial, a solid understanding of other CMS would also be considered.
