This is a new role to the business and you will be able to add real value to internal processes & customer service managing a large team in a fast-paced shared services department.

Responsibilities
- Team management + HR, coaching & development - mixed roles & levels
- Strong personal customer service administration skills with multi-clients
- Operational delivery, strictly adhering to deadlines / KPI’s & service agreements by communicating expectations to team members, setting goals, motivating team members
- Offering team support / advice and coaching
- Ensure that appropriate controls and monitoring are in place to assess compliance. In particular, manage an internal regulatory compliance framework to ensure we have the correct mechanisms in place
- Liaise with end clients and attend client facing meetings to support the key account management team
- Play a key role within the overall management team as key member driving compliance and quality across the business embedding it within the culture.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the business
- Constantly increase your product knowledge to ensure you are a product ambassador
- Strong personal customer service skills with multi-clients
- To creates an atmosphere centred on delivering superior service for both internal and external customers
- Price negotiations, sales forecasts, and price increases.
- Contribute to the sales growth of the existing Commercial Accounts through effective and pro-active management of the relationship to achieve long-term growth and profitability, thereby consistently achieve value, volume and margin targets.
- Deal with existing customers with regards to on ongoing and new projects - pricing / model specification / complete project management.
