Description:
Join Close Brothers Client Service Team where you will ensure client on-boarding and ongoing service queries are managed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Accurate and timely client data entry onto CBAM and third party platforms/systems to specified Service Level Agreement
- Adherence to Close Brothers Client Service procedures
- Ongoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments, diary management and processing of client queries and instructions - be that directly or by referring to the relevant team, as appropriate
- Preparing meeting packs, annual review packs and valuations for client appointments
- Call management/client contact
- Ensuring all new business and centralised servicing queries are directed to the relevant team to be processed within set SLAs
- Document management - ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating procedures
- General ad hoc duties as required by the Practice or assigned by the Client Service Manager
- Liaising and working with colleagues within the Practice to ensure success and operational efficiency and profitability
