As Client Partner, you’ll advise and support our clients, offering solutions and tactics to help achieve their business goals while also increasing company revenue. You’ll develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasise tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the long-term vision and direction of our customer’s strategies.

  • Partner at a strategic level with our clients to define & maintain a strategic roadmap
  • Ensure our clients are happy and successful
  • Maintain and grow our existing customers
  • Support securing new business and moving into discovery and retain
  • Work across the wider business to monitor and optimise customer profitability
     

Your Knowledge & Experience
 

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, both technical and non-technical
  • Experience of building and managing Customer Account Plans
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to articulate and present complex information concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good working knowledge of systems and business requirements process
  • Working within large business transformation projects within complex technical and cultural environments
  • Highly experienced in communicating complex requirements to business leaders
  • Working with senior business stakeholders, helping to shape thinking and strategy by providing support and educating in the art of the possible
  • Delivery methodologies in theory and practice - including Agile and Hybrid methodologies
