Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client service and communications planning to our clients. You will be a strong relationship builder with experience of working with clients and agency teams.
This is the ideal role for you if you are looking to take ownership & development of your own personal client contact strategy, you enjoy working on client briefs and orchestrating the response to them alongside the wider agency team. You have a flawless understanding of key industry and agency tools, systems processes and analytics and using them to the benefit of our clients. You feel comfortable taking responsibility for and owning the delivery of key projects. You are keen to use your day-to-day working knowledge of a client’s business to challenge conventions and outdated thinking or processes.
