Client Engagement Director

 

Description:

In order to accelerate the next phase of growth, TIG is looking to appoint a client Engagement Director, who will perform an integral role as part of our Group Solutions Team.

 

This person will be responsible for working with the Investigo Director Community with a focus on supporting our Directors and teams in the corporate functions space including finance, procurement, property and strategy, and where required technology and transformation. This person will also interface and liaise directly with the brand leaders and sales teams of our various specialist brands.

 

This person will report into TIG’s Senior Director of Group Solutions and will focus on new business development and client growth and expansion, mainly across our corporate functions teams (Finance, Procurement, Property, Strategy).

 

This person will also identify opportunities for cross brand integration and introductions across all of our specialist brands.

 

Responsibilities of the TIG Client Engagement Director

 

  • New business Development with a focus on Permanent, Retained and Volume perm campaigns across Investigo’s specialisms, there will also likely be a requirement to structure and deliver large campaigns for contract recruitment.
  • The design and creation of volume permanent campaigns across new and existing clients.
  • Growing and developing new and existing relationships with TIG’s CHRO, CFO and CPO community.
  • Responsible for working closely with TIG’s Bids and Contracts team, acquiring data on key clients to identify new and existing clients for growth and expansion.
  • Operating as a key account Director and point of escalation for some of Investigo’s key clients.
  • Reviewing Investigo’s existing PSL agreements and identifying clients with high growth potential, then developing and delivering a strategy to grow and develop these clients.
  • Driving and encouraging cross-selling across Investigo’s client base and identifying opportunities for cross specialism introductions via the CHRO, TA community.
  • Identifying and referring business to TIG’s MSP and RPO specialist brand Caraffi.
  • Identifying, referring and supporting with retained and search proposals for our InX brand.
  • Win the hearts and minds of people and leaders across the business, enabling them to embrace and understand the vision for TIG and the Group Solutions Function.
  • Meeting and developing relationships with Investigo’s senior contacts in the Finance, Procurement, Property and Strategy space.
  • Working with the Senior Group Solutions Director and introducing and referring client opportunities for Technology and Transformation and also Definia and Sigma Labs for the GSD to develop.
  • Responsible for progressing and developing TIG’s client relationships up the value chain, identifying high potential existing clients that are currently transactional, then developing and delivering an approach to convert these clients into major long-term accounts for Investigo.
  • Responsible for attending key client meetings and pitches with C-Suite client contacts, either self-generated or supporting other Directors and consultants across the business with client engagement at this level.
  • Working with the Bids and Client Success Director to identify clients that could be better serviced by ‘account managers’ or pop up MSP or RPO services.
  • Working with TIG’s marketing team and C-Suite engagement Director and Corporate Functions Directors, to develop deliver and market C-Suite events for the CPO, CHRO and CFO Community.

 

 

Desired Skills

 

  • Exceptional client facing skills with good experience of engaging with C-Suite individuals in particular across the CHRO, CFO and CPO community.
  • Experience of designing and developing large recruitment campaigns and ideally MSP and RPO type solutions for clients.
  • Deep experience of permanent recruitment, including volume, retained and search campaigns.
  • Experience with contract recruitment also an advantage.
  • A high performing track record of winning, growing and maintaining major accounts across multiple industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 8-10 years of experience within the industry.
  • Experience of driving business development in a cross functional, multidiscipline environment.
