Client Care Coordinator

As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you'll play a vital role in providing a warm and professional welcome while supporting the veterinary team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and their pets upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
  • Answer phones politely and empathetically.
  • Resolve enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage diaries to ensure smooth running of vet and nurse consultations.
  • Assist with administrative duties including answering emails and managing online booking requests.

Personal Specification:

  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Flexible and able to cover shifts across all Cromwell branches.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Previous reception or client care experience is ideal.
  • Experience in a veterinary or medical practice is desirable.
  • IT proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook as a minimum.
