Client Campaign Account Manager

The role requires a passionate and proactive team-player to deliver superior service to clients by managing the delivery of world class custom content and media campaigns.

 

Fostering client relationships, whilst operating as the link between our clients and internal teams to expertly deliver on client briefs and expectations.

 

Role Overview

 

  • Comfortable to take the lead on client calls and internal calls with senior stakeholders
  • Able to manage and rally the internal teams to deliver set objectives on time
  • Working cross-functionally with media planners and managing client approval of campaign plans
  • Manage the expectations of the campaign stakeholders and always being one step ahead in campaign deliverables and pre-empting challenges and finding solutions.
  • Lead the management and delivery of our custom content and media campaigns for various scope and scale, across multiple markets.
  • Confidently stepping into the role of client manager and delivering the highest level of service and professionalism to our clients by delivering on their briefs and fostering relationships.
  • Working with the sales leads to deepening the commercial potential with our clients.
  • Being the central point to internal stakeholders in delivering a campaign, this includes for example our creative and project management teams who produce the content, and the media planning team to who build and deliver media activations, as well as legal, finance and billing teams.
  • Managing client expectations throughout the process, including representing the creative idea and storytelling integrity
  • Ensuring all projects are on budget and provide regular updates to sales, finance and senior teams, flagging any issues

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • Experienced Account Manager who has a proven track record of working with and interpreting client requests/briefs and working with internal teams to manage client expectations.
  • Experienced in managing pan-regional campaigns end-to-end and are passionate about storytelling and campaign media management across all platforms and channels with a specific focus on digital and social.
  • Proven experience in delivering and executing media and/or custom content campaigns
  • Proven experience in delivering campaigns from brief through content production, media activation to campaign wrap up.
  • A keen eye for detail when it comes to financial management and campaign reconciliation
  • Ability to turn complex and often fluid information into productive status documents.
  • A team player and a self-starter, able to clearly communicate status of projects at any point both internally and externally with clients.
  • Possesses an extreme eye for detail, you will be organised, flexible and solutions focussed.
  • Keep the plates spinning on multiple projects at once.
  • Experience of working with clients globally on pan-regional campaigns and be able to navigate often complex stakeholder frameworks.
  • Calm under pressure: able to manage under condensed timelines.
