Description:
The successful Client Account Manager will have in-depth commercial experience within the IT industry, which you will have been gained within a B2B solution account management position. Additionally, you will demonstrate experience and knowledge of current & leading infrastructure technologies & solution vendors in the Microsoft marketplace appropriate to the larger SME & mid-market sectors and be capable of interpreting customer requirements and engaging in long term IT strategy and planning led sales discussions.
You will also haveresponsibility for managing existing client relationships whilst also developing sales of our IT services including pro-active IT support, cloud services, security, software, hardware and telephony offerings. The successful candidate has an opportunity to establish a successful pipeline of opportunities for recurring revenue streams at the forefront of our new business and growth strategy.
- To be successful with your application, you will be an experienced account management professional with ideally no less than 3 years experience with at least 1 years working an IT managed services or IT vendor organisation supporting clients with their IT strategy, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure or cyber security solutions. This role would an Account Manager the SAAS or telecoms sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing account strategies to maximise Aztech IT revenue streams from all accounts.
- Nurturing and developing client relationships to ensure client retention & longevity of business.
- Secure new business opportunities working from targeted goals.
- To engage relevant technical and project resources in the business to aid solution and sales planning.
- Identify and cross sell Aztech IT entire range of services to all accounts.
- To attend customer meetings to present Aztech IT capabilities and identify sales opportunities.
- Work consultatively with clients to achieve long term technical roadmaps and plan.
- To prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotation.
- To produce accurate monthly sales and forecast reports to track performance and achievements throughout the sales cycle.
- Produce and manage client technology roadmaps.
- To ensure internal CRM systems are always up-to-date and accurately maintained..
- To be the main point of contact for clients non-technical issues or tasks.
- Conduct monthly client service reviews in-line with contractual terms for each client.
Skills / Attributes Required
- A minimum of 3years successful Account Management experience with a minimum1 year working for IT managed services, IT vendor or cloud infrastructureservices organisation.
- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
