Description:
This role is based in the Client Relationship Executives Team based at our Cardiff office.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Act as the key contact for your portfolio of businesses and provide an effective and engaging service
- Multi task management of your pipeline to ensure maximum benefit to the Traders and Which? Trusted Traders
- To educate businesses to utilise the use of the logo, their profile pages, and drive consumer reviews
- As part of ongoing and annual reassessments, proactively manage any outstanding compliance issues and ongoing assessments to ensure integrity of the scheme
- Working towards engagement and compliance KPIs which lead into an overall retention KPI.
About You
To be considered for this role, you would need to have:
- Demonstration of providing additional value to clients to ensure successful relationships
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Consistent ability to meet set personal and departmental targets
